How it works

From obligation to evidence.

Seven connected stages that every regulated organisation runs, joined into one continuous record.

See how it works
1

Understand

Capture the characteristics of the regulated entity, site, facility or asset that determine what applies.

2

Resolve

Determine the applicable requirements using structured, versioned rules rather than assumptions held in spreadsheets.

3

Plan

Schedule inspections, assessments and compliance activities with owners, due dates and escalation.

4

Prove

Connect certificates, reports, readings and photographs directly to the requirement they evidence.

5

Verify

Review the evidence, confirm it satisfies the requirement and identify failures or gaps.

6

Correct

Manage findings and corrective actions through to verified closure.

7

Assure

Provide live compliance visibility, exception reporting and a defensible audit trail.

Platform capabilities

The common compliance architecture.

Every Industry Solution is built on the same core capabilities. Industry-specific regulatory modules are configuration on top of them, not separate products.

AI-assisted compliance intelligence

AI intelligence

Deterministic where it must be certain. AI-assisted where it saves time.

Structured rules and verified evidence determine compliance outcomes. AI accelerates the work around them — it never decides statutory compliance on its own.

How we use AI
Deterministic
  • Which requirements apply to an entity
  • Frequencies, due dates and statutory windows
  • Whether evidence has been verified by a person
  • Compliance status and reported position
  • Separation of duties on approvals
AI-assisted
  • Extracting key fields from uploaded documents
  • Interpreting and summarising evidence for a reviewer
  • Surfacing the relevant records for a question
  • Drafting narrative from data a person then checks
  • Answering questions about your own compliance records
Productivity

From firefighting to forward planning.

The difference between managing compliance in documents and managing it in a system.

Before Auregis 2 Comply
  • Spreadsheets
  • Email reminders
  • Paper inspections
  • Multiple systems
  • Manual reporting
  • Stress before audits
  • Missed deadlines
  • Reactive compliance
After Auregis 2 Comply
  • One platform
  • Automated workflows
  • Live reporting
  • AI assistance
  • Executive visibility
  • Complete audit trail
  • Evidence ready on request
  • Structured risk prioritisation
Less manual administration
Requirements, scheduling and reminders are resolved by the platform rather than assembled by hand.
Faster evidence retrieval
Certificates, reports and findings sit against the requirement they satisfy, not in a shared drive.
Accelerated compliance reporting
Assurance and board reporting drawn from live data instead of a manual monthly collation.

Auregis 2 Comply is designed to reduce manual compliance administration, improve evidence retrieval and accelerate compliance reporting. Actual outcomes depend on organisation size, regulatory environment, existing systems and implementation.

Jurisdiction model

Built for different regulatory jurisdictions.

Compliance obligations are set by jurisdiction, not by software. Auregis 2 Comply holds each jurisdiction's requirements as a separate, versioned rule catalogue.

An organisation operates within a jurisdiction, and that jurisdiction determines which rule catalogue applies — the requirements, frequencies, evidence expectations and terminology. Catalogues are independent of one another, so adding or updating a jurisdiction changes no other tenant's compliance position. Northern Ireland, Queensland and England are available today, with England validated for social housing and its deferred areas stated openly rather than implied. Every other jurisdiction is planned, and is not available until its own catalogue has been built and validated.

United Kingdom

Northern Ireland and England are available today. Every other jurisdiction is planned, and is not available until its own catalogue is built and validated.

  • England GB-ENGAvailable

England social housing compliance is available through Auregis 2 Comply, with structured regulatory requirements, evidence assurance and end-to-end compliance workflows built and validated against the England regulatory framework.

Validated coverage. Validated for social housing: gas, electrical, fire, water hygiene, asbestos, lifting equipment, damp and mould, tenancy and landlord duties, accessibility and governance.

Deferred. Not yet covered: higher-risk building duties under the Building Safety Act 2022, external areas and communal grounds, and energy performance. Coverage for these is not validated and Auregis 2 Comply will not report a compliance position on them.

  • Northern Ireland GB-NIRAvailable

Northern Ireland housing and property compliance is available through Auregis 2 Comply, combining structured regulatory requirements, evidence assurance and end-to-end compliance workflows.

  • Scotland GB-SCTPlanned
  • Wales GB-WLSPlanned

Australia

Queensland is available today. Every other jurisdiction is planned, and is not available until its own catalogue is built and validated.

  • Queensland AU-QLDAvailable

Queensland housing and property compliance is available through Auregis 2 Comply, with structured regulatory requirements, evidence expectations and compliance workflows.

  • Australian Capital Territory AU-ACTPlanned
  • New South Wales AU-NSWPlanned
  • Northern Territory AU-NTPlanned
  • South Australia AU-SAPlanned
  • Tasmania AU-TASPlanned
  • Victoria AU-VICPlanned
  • Western Australia AU-WAPlanned

The same architecture applies in every market: the jurisdiction selects the catalogue, and the characteristics of each property or site select the requirements within it.

  2. Jurisdiction
  3. Rule catalogue (versioned)
  4. Organisation
  5. Property / site characteristics
  6. Applicable requirements

Security & trust

Trust you can check, not claims you have to accept.

Compliance data is sensitive, and so is the claim that something is compliant. Every control below is operating today — and where something depends on a supplier, we say so rather than claim it.

Organisation isolation in the database

Row-level security scopes every record to its organisation — not application checks alone.

Permission-controlled access

Least-privilege roles down to module and entity level, with approvals separated from recording.

Private evidence storage

Uploaded certificates and reports are held privately and are never publicly addressable.

Append-only audit history

Compliance changes are recorded with actor and time, and corrected by supersession — never overwritten.

Evidence-based compliance

Compliance follows verified, human-approved evidence. An inspection or a future due date proves nothing on its own.

Deterministic compliance logic

Applicability, due dates and status are computed by rules, not by an AI model.

Governed regulatory releases

Versioned catalogues with recorded lineage, frozen on release, activated only through fail-closed gates.

Australian data residency

Platform data and evidence files are stored at rest in Australia. Some processing occurs overseas — we say where.

Pricing — Housing & Property

Transparent plans that scale with your operation.

The plans below apply to the Housing & Property Industry Solution, available today. Plans are priced on portfolio scale and complexity rather than per user, in AUD and GBP, and implementation is quoted separately. Other Industry Solutions are in development and carry solution-specific pricing.
