Enterprise pricing is not calculated from property count alone — it reflects portfolio scale, organisational complexity, configuration, implementation, support and integration requirements, so organisations at or above 500 properties are quoted individually rather than moved onto a fixed subscription.

What happens at 500 properties?
There is no automatic jump. Professional covers portfolios up to 500 properties, and Enterprise is the pathway for 500 and above — a straightforward 500-property portfolio can stay on Professional, while a complex one is better served by a tailored Enterprise agreement.
Is pricing per user?
No. Plans are priced on portfolio size and complexity rather than per user.
Which currencies do you bill in?
Australian providers are billed in AUD and UK providers in GBP. Prices shown exclude GST or VAT.
What is included in implementation?
Data migration support, rule configuration workshops, training and a go-live assurance review.
Can we start with one module?
Yes. Many providers begin with gas, electrical and fire, then expand as their framework matures.
Is there a minimum term?
Professional and Enterprise are annual agreements. Enterprise Plus is typically a three-year term.

Pilot Programme
Most organisations start with a controlled pilot rather than a full rollout: a defined subset of your own portfolio, in your own tenant, proving the compliance position before you commit to everything.
- A defined subset of your own properties, with their real characteristics
- The requirements the Rules Engine resolves for those properties, reviewed with your compliance team
- Real inspections, certificates and evidence loaded and verified
- Corrective actions raised and closed through the platform
- A compliance position and assurance report you can put in front of your board
Housing & Property pilots run for 90 days on up to 250 properties. A fixed pilot fee, scope and duration are agreed in writing before the pilot starts. At the end of the pilot you can move to a Professional or Enterprise subscription, or stop — there is no automatic conversion.
