One workflow, from obligation to board pack.
Auregis 2 Comply connects regulatory requirements, inspections, evidence and corrective actions into one live, defensible compliance position.
- 4 high-risk findings approaching their statutory deadline
- Verification activities peak in March — plan capacity now
Six connected stages.
A synchronised compliance lifecycle rather than a set of disconnected tools — the same in every regulated industry.
Define the operation
Capture the sites, facilities, regulated entities, activities, systems and assets that determine compliance context.
Apply the rules
Structured rules determine the requirements that apply, based on jurisdiction, operational characteristics, assets and regulatory conditions.
Plan the work
Assign due dates, responsible owners, contractors and required compliance activities, with reminders and escalation.
Verify
Complete inspections, assessments, monitoring and verification activities, and capture the required evidence.
Evidence and remediate
Connect certificates, reports, records and findings directly to requirements, with corrective actions tracked through closure.
Assure and report
Live compliance visibility, assurance reporting and traceability from requirement through to verified evidence.
Built for the office, the site and the point of work.

Built for different regulatory jurisdictions.
Compliance obligations are set by jurisdiction, not by software. Auregis 2 Comply holds each jurisdiction's requirements as a separate, versioned rule catalogue.
An organisation operates within a jurisdiction, and that jurisdiction determines which rule catalogue applies — the requirements, frequencies, evidence expectations and terminology. Catalogues are independent of one another, so adding or updating a jurisdiction changes no other tenant's compliance position. Northern Ireland, Queensland and England are available today, with England validated for social housing and its deferred areas stated openly rather than implied. Every other jurisdiction is planned, and is not available until its own catalogue has been built and validated.

- England GB-ENGAvailable
England social housing compliance is available through Auregis 2 Comply, with structured regulatory requirements, evidence assurance and end-to-end compliance workflows built and validated against the England regulatory framework.
Validated coverage. Validated for social housing: gas, electrical, fire, water hygiene, asbestos, lifting equipment, damp and mould, tenancy and landlord duties, accessibility and governance.
Deferred. Not yet covered: higher-risk building duties under the Building Safety Act 2022, external areas and communal grounds, and energy performance. Coverage for these is not validated and Auregis 2 Comply will not report a compliance position on them.
